Question Please help me with US-224

I want to hook my tascam us-224 to the software music studio 2005 and i have no idea how to do it . I don't want to use this cubasis shit it came with because i can't afford wave lab so i bought this program instead but i can't connect them together. the cubasis automatically hooks up so if you can help me thanks.

I am not quite sure what you are trying to do, but I have a US-122 and it works fine with other recording software. Make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your 224. Connect the 224 before you start your recording software. Then, inside the software options, you should be able to select the 224 as your soundcard for inputs/output.

well is anyone familiar with music studio 2005 and can tell me where to select the us-224 cause im at a lost

maybe read the manual on how to configure your soundcard.
