I'm pretty sure he uses a Seymour-Duncan Invader double coil, and you may have trouble putting in the strat yourself. Fender makes a Tom Delonge model if you are interested. He only uses the volume nob and only has one p-up, so its a very "stripped" down guitar.

Ok, that's what he used to use. Now he plays a Gibson, and they have a signature series too. It uses an over-wound 'Dirty Fingers' humbucking pickup. It has a MSRP of $3,462 for the guitar. I don't know about the P-Up.

i've seen that advertised before - it's such a rip off (gibson u *******'s) - seriously all it is an es-335 - one pickup and the tone knobs - so basically it looks like you're paying fot the custom paint job (a couple of stripes) and a different pickup! daylight robbery if you ask me!

The Seifer is infamous around these parts
I have a pair of dirty fingers on my les paul. They are really loud, and really sound nothing like TOM DELONGE. It would probably help if you had all his amps too. They sound good anyway.

He probably has it custom wound because he's rich, but yes, that is the P-up.

No, I don't get custom made pickups. I picked from ones I heard. I use to use the SH-8 on my old Strat. However, I am now using the Dirty Fingers in my Gibson. I like the Gibson a lot more because I had more to do with the design of the actual guitar. I don't know what you guys are into, but the first humbucker I got into was the Dimarzio X2N. I used it mostly through Dude Ranch. Just trying to help you guys out. Any more questions, just ask. I want to help musicians that actually deserve it get where I am. Adios!
