Synchronization Problem using Tracktion

Still a newbie here, so sorry if the answer's obvious. Recording guitar and vocals simultaneously with an OmniStudio/Delta 66 using Tracktion (Inputs 1 and 2). They are out of sync when played back in Tracktion. I can expand the tracks and then drag them into sync, but wondering if there is some setting I'm not using that could prevent this from happening. Thanks for any help you can provide.
