midi timing problem - sx2, direct pro 24/96

hi
I have a big problem. When I open cubase after reseting the computer and I start to record midi it's all fine at first.
After some time, the recorded midi events are moved torwards a bit, so they are not in time.

I use:
cubase sx 22035
aardvark direct pro 24/96
asus a7n8x deluxe with 1024 ram and athlon xp 2.5

when I reset direct pro in devices setup menu it helped for a while but then midi crashes again.
do have any idea what my cause such a behaviour of midi?
my midi ports in sx are [emulated] - what does it mean?

your help is much appreciated
lG

Posting the same question in more than one fourm is called 'crossposting' and is frowned upon here and on most other busy BBS...

Looks like you've already got the responses your question deserved in the other forum. You CAN'T be so broke that you can't afford a legit copy of the program. If music is really important to you, that is.
