Issue with a Radius 10 - need help

What's a sign that a preamp tube is going? My Radius 10's (TL audio 4 channel tube pre) channel 3 and 4 are clipping pretty early (the red LED lights) and the yellow "warming" LED usually comes on after the clip light - if the yellow one lights at all. Any thoughts? I hope it's just a tube. Otherwise the unit sounds fine as far as my tin ears can tell.
