manning1 is on a distinguished road
i dont know - does anyone ? what is planned for midi.
cool has always had limited midi features.
heres an idea for you. try powertracks (and also band in a box sometime)
that i use from pgmusic.com. excellent midi features.
and makes a good companion to cool. what you COULD do is
which might give you leeway is to record your midi tracks in powertracks, render midi to wave...then import the wave into adobe and do your tracks you want to do in cool.

I don't think Adobe changed the MIDI features, at least not yet.
