I picked one of these up from guitar center today with the GT55 and I must say, this thing sounds phenomenal. Things come out of it the way they should, in every instance so far. It's far better than the Presonus firepod pres that I have been using and I recommend it to anyone. For anyone who is in my boat where $400 is an investment, take my word for it... this one's worth it. The GT55 sounds superb as well. Any other experiences with it people want to share, perhaps someone with more expereince than I? I want to hear how other people feel about it.

Nah it was 500 they took off tax for me and threw in the shockmount for 30... but that was the best they could do.

Been tracking guitar with it and it rocks! Paired up well with my R84.
