Angry BR 1180 reverb goes to all tracks universally? Why?

I have a multi track recording with 4 used up tracks. yesterday I went to record drums on two tracks. I wanted a little more reverb on the vocal track. So I selected my vocal track and turned up the reverb and panned the reverb to the center. OK that works just fine, then I go to record drums and the freakin drums have reverb on them? SO I turn the reverb down on the two drum tracks I am trying to record, but then the reverb on the vocal goes away. Is the Reverb and the DElay/Chorus effects that you can turn on post recording a universal thing? I am pretty sure I turned the delay on on only one track on a different recording, but then maybe I didn't notice the delay on the other tracks because the delay pan is all the way to the left by default and you can't hear it unless you turn the pan closer to center.

Does anyone have a better grasp of the post effects on the 1180? Do they only have one universal setting for all 8 tracks and not individual track control?
