Mixer switch

Hey guys,
Ok, i'm about to make a mixer switch and I want ya'll's approval. Right now, i've got a Sampson MPL2242 that i'm currently selling on Ebay. I bought it and then thought that maybe i wanted something smaller with less noise So, i saw the Behringer 2004A at Guitar Center for $279. If I sell the Sampson and buy the Behringer, is this a good choice? Right now i'm just recording to a Tascam MKII but plan on buying a soundcard and going digital in the next month. My big question is, are Behringer mixers good, and are they fairly quiet? Thanks alot for any help you can give.
