Manning hi.Thanks again for yours previosly advise to patch my equipment.
Now I have another problem.When I recording from minidisk to CoolEdit 2.0 and listening back it is appear some echo , and I can't do edit because sound is not clear.Any idea? I have Mackie 1402-VLZ, Dell P4 , 1300 MHz,384 RDRAM,Santa Cruz sound card. ![]() |

are you recording thru line in of santa cruz ??
if so - how are you coming out the sound card ?? into the vlz...?? |

hmm...are you sure you dont have something else being mixed in with
the output of the sound card thus getting a feedback loop ? if you are using the vlz to monitor from the sound card out. try this - and tell me if echo disappears - take sound card out into line in of a home hi fi receiver, plug in some phones , and tell me if echo anomoly disappears. if it does...then your hooking the sound card out into the vlz the wrong way for monitoring. |

Thanks Manning1. Now echo disapear ,but I find this problem in the property file of santa cruz. I disable effects , and sound better , not so clear some noise, but I thing this problem of sound card.Thanks again for respond

no disrespect but try an audiophile2496 sound card sometime by maudio.
the cruz is getting quite old. peace. |
