"Scrubbing"
Can anyone tell me how to use this feature which is supposed to be available in C-E Pro (depending on soundcard that is)? I've just recently acquired CEP 2.1, and found mention of it in the manual somewhere. But I neglected to write down the page number where it was discussed, and hunting for it has proved futile. Unfortunately, the manual has no index(!) and searching under the "Help" menu yielded nothing as well.
I would think that this would be an indispensable tool for isolating something in a waveform that you want to eliminate (or change). Anybody? Please! woodman |

There's never been a scrubbing function in Cool Edit or Audition. I do recall that there was a mention of scrubbing somewhere in the manual which confused some users, but it was in another context.
Personally I've never felt the need for it, but I realise others differ. You could try this link for a workaround. |
