Spectrum Analyzer Plugin?

Does anyone know where I can ge a spectrum analyzer plugin, or if one even exists. I'm trying to get a better idea of what's going on frequency wise with my mixing.

Also whenever you are searching for a plug-in, it's always smart to go search the kvr plug-in catalog here:

http://www.kvr-vst.com/search.php?q=spectrum

Bunch of 'em listed there. You can also go into the search parameters and find all the commercial or free ones. Looks like Bismark has a freebie, too.
