posted really rough mix ,, need to know where to start in cleaning it up.

well the title says it all . This recording was made on a 4 track cass. recorder and a cheap condenser mic. Its pretty rough as far as levels and some hiss. The only thing I like is the over all tone of the song.

I cant mix right now cause im waiting on a power amp for monitors , and as I just found out , headphones suck. (I only posted a 1 min clip of the song)

also one more thing. I am looking for a good vocal mic now. If any of you pros have any suggestions or guesses as to which one would suit my vocals the best im open for suggestions.
