Roland VM3100 Pro -- need help!

I'm using a Roland VM3100Pro, but the MONITOR OUT is MONO only! Any idea what could be wrong?

a little bit confusing this routing sexion of my pet.
im not behind the desk right know, but what i remember
go easy routing
press F1-F4 func
press out
and dial S, not M or send or whatever
and press enter

Thanks for your help, pomi. I finally figured it out:

I hat to uncheck all SOLO buttons, and set the monitor SOURCE to "3/4" instead of MASTER. Dunno why, but that solved the problem! Now I have stereo on the headphones, and can control the MASTER and MONITOR individually.

The VM3100 routing options can be very confusing.
