Anyone use the TPA-200B Pre Amp?

Anyone ever use the TPA-200B Pre Amp? I was recommended to buy one but I am not to familiar with it. Any opinions on the quality of this piece?

Nice, very nice. Hybrid design, but the tube section is full rail voltage.
