Mastering on BR 864

First off let me just say this unit is pretty intuitive as far as the whole recording, copying, bouncing effects and all but I have hit a wall on the mastering part. I've tried it over and over and keep getting no results. I get it all my tracks bounced down to two tracks and when I go to master it only comes out on one side....or I get nothing. i'm pretty sure I am following the instructions in the manual as well as they explain it (right!?!) What am I doing wrong?

filmdude11 can only hope to improve
I'm not sure what you mean when you say "it only comes out one side". I'll tell you what I do. I hope this helps. You have to enable mastering mode at the top under "record mode". Once that's done it'll ask you what 2 tracks you want to master, then it'll ask what 2 tracks you want to output to. After that you can go through the effects (mixdown, pop mix, live, rock, etc.) and once you've chosen the one you want, you just press play and record. When the song's done recording, the newly mastered song is on the 2 tracks you selected. That's it.

Good Luck
