Dx Plugin doesn't show up in Sonar

I went to use Antares Mic Modeler in Sonar 3 and a message similar to the following appeared: "...this filter does not support the current audio format...would you like to remove Antares Mic Modeler from all menus in the future?"

Inadvertently, I clicked yes.

Now I believe that the plug-in would have worked on a mono track; however, no matter how many times I uninstall and re-install it, it will not show up in my audio effects list anymore.

I would truly appreciate someone's help!

Try running the Sonar plugin manager.

It's on your Sonar installation CD. It's an add on, you need to install it first...
