how to get rid of noise?

noise u get when u record live.. those 'clark clark' and those too much bass sounds that distorted the sound?

you gave limited info on what your using to record with.
an on board sound card ?
what mics ? mixer ?
to clean up noisy tracks you can use sound forge editor for example.
more info on your set up will bring more detailed suggestions.
