sx 2 vst inputs

i just upgraded to sx2 and was wondering how the v.s.t input section works?
on sx1 you could turn on your inputs from the vst input tab in the devices pull down menu. i have two delta 1010lts and the inputs from 1 to 24 would be shown in this menu, i would then click the blue button at the side of each one to enable it. then i could asign which input i wanted in the track mixer.

in sx2 i cant find this feature. please help. i skimmed through the manual , but i cant find anything on it.

I just upgraded last night as well and the manual does a good job of explaining this. Did you read it? Check the index under "Inputs". In fact....I remember the page number....44.

I skimmed through it last nite , the question is more about the layout. sx 1 at the top of the fader contains a box called "input" when clicked all inputs are shown in a drop down configuration, you can then choose the input for that particular fader or assign 1 input for three seperate faders etc. can sx 2 do this? i cant find the input box , or do i have to assign 16 input busses? sx 1 is very easy to set up, sx2 seems to be very different for this particular function.
