I posted a message about only being able to see traditional staff notation as weird symbols (mailboxes, telephones, etc.). I work at a school and one component of a Music Technology Course involves maipulating/controlling MIDI data including looking at staff notation and altering. I had one kind person reply to the same question last week and tell me my fonts weren't loaded correctly, however this did not help me as I can't work out how to change them. The weird symbols I get don't even appear in the staff settings? Can anyone help?

Not to re-direct you from possible great answers here, but you might try the Cubase forum at:
http://forum.cubase.net/cgi-bin/cubase.net/Ultimate.cgi Some of the people in there live and breathe Cubase. Some are great people, others are, well.... Maybe if you post the question over there you'll get some more bites. I use Cubase myself, but haven't done much with notation. |
