Isolation Box Alternatives.

Anyone have a good single speaker isolation box they are willing to divulge how they made it? I would need to record in an apartment and I want to build an isolation cabinet that I can crank using my Marshall but not let the neighbors know.

I've been looking around and I think I can build the cabinet no problem if I just had the materials/design.
