How to change the action on a Fender Strat??

What's up fellas?! Long time no see..

Well, I'm currently thinking of changing my string gauge from 10-45 to 11-46...I play a fender strat, but I really dont how to fix the action, I noticed that when I put my 10's on, the B and E string were to low.. so I can imagine is gonna go even lower when I put the 11's...

Please I need help, I know I could play around witht the Springs on the back, but thats not gonna fix the action alone.
