In a fit of rage one day i decided to delete everything on the Roland vs880 harddrive. Individually i'd open each song and bang! delete it. I left a few of those init files with nothin in them as i came to the end. Now i find when i go to create a new track, only 6 of the tracks work!! like have the lights on, and i can't get them on by pressing the chnl buttons.
Can this be fixed?? Alex Cheers |

If you have it set to the highest recording value(master)you can only record six tracks, you must open a new project and reset it to a lesser value.

Yeah for some reason when i went to new song it was opening up the new song in MAS mode (master) by default, like acidrock said. I'm not sure why it started opening that mode by default.. but it used to open a mode MT2 by default (i think) and that gives me 8 tracks. So alls i gotta do is change the recording mode when i create a new song!
