How do I record reason audio into cubase sx audio ?
Using Reason 2.5 & Cubase Sx 2.2 - I want to record the audio tracks individually as I hear them from Reason into Cubase - thus recording the superb quality sounds into a new composition where I can add live vocals/guitars and then mixdown to a wav using cubase.
Can anyone help me - I have found a few other postings that sound similar but don't seem to work! ![]() |

Is there reason you can't simply import the WAV files of the tracks you want to use????

Thanks for the reply - I could do that I suppose - only I have seen it done using the rewire facility but cannot remember how it was done.
If I try to record the audio from reason into cubase nothing records although cubase does sync with reason and plays the audio fine. |

Oh I see... you mean they're supposed to be able to talk together? Sorry can't help you with that particular aspect... but for sure, importing/exporting WAVs will work if all else fails!
