Make sure you buy an engineer/producer to make his tracks & record him.
You can find them at the same shop you got all that other shit at.

Let's assume you don't get a pro tools system, whatcha gonna do with that big ol' control 24? Looks like you've got the world's biggest MPC 4000 control surface.

Considering the that fact that you have have more money than you know what to do with...

Why not hire S. Combs, Timbaland or the Netunes to produce that album for you that way you know your gonna get them Platinum status just from beats alone.

If you can't afford them hire me...

I'm a little short on some equipment i want but i'm sure I can make do with the money spent from just ONE of the items in your list.

M-AUDIO RADIUM61 (or 81)Keyboard

Looks like you got him an MPC 4000, lucky kid, the keyboard you can use either with the mpc or if you chose to get a midi program for the computer (such as FL STUDIO 4.1 OR .5... my suggestion) to do harmonies or even drums alot easier. Does that model of mpc have a cd burner or flash memory card? If its the flash memory card, make sure that computer has a reader! It would extremely suck to have all that equipment and not be able to transfer the music to your computer! With that said, make sure you have all the necessary cables! Firewire, midi, usb, etc! Also, I suggest getting him either a Shure sm57 or 58 (or both) microphones, pretty good starting mics, good for vocals/instruments, industry standards! GOOD LUCK, I KNOW THE LITTLE BASTARD WILL ENJOY THE HELL OUT OF IT!

Holy shit! I know it's been said before, but nice gift.

Anyway, I would suggest getting a MIDI sequencing software package. Probably Logic. I think version 7 just came out. It's like $1000 but it doesn't seem that money is an issue. Logic is very very good with MIDI, so you...or your brother I guess....can sequence his beats, and instruments. My 2 cents on that.
