My friend pointed me in the direction of cuebase for making techno music.
how do I get sounds on cuebase to make my music?

Look for some VST synths and record their output to Cubase.

And from the looks of things, Cuebase might be some sort of a guide to playing billiards now, instead of a sequencer. I need to keep up on times, I must be losing my touch!
