I can't contact Cubase!

I haven't been on this site for a while. You might know something I don't, but I called the Cubase home office ( 1-818-6785100) and it's been disconnected. I'm trying to install my Cubase SX 1.04 on my Mac and I keep typing in my serial number and it won't let me install my software (that I've had for about a year. I got it free as an update to to my Cubase VST/32 a long time ago). I hear that there's no more telephone TECHNICAL support. That's find, I just need to verify my serial number. Does anyone have an office number of Cubase? PLEASE HELP.
