A little problem..

Hi.
Can I pull the cables from my Behringer ADA8000 outputs to the mixer mic ins? In other words from XLR outputs to the XLR inputs. I`m going to do the monitoring system, and I was wondering can I do so... Any impedance differences?

Thanks, Matt

You can. Not sure why you would do that instead of just pluging into your mixer.

The XLR outs of the ADA8000 aren't fed from the XLR ins. They are only fed from the ADAT in on the back of the unit. I haven't tried this, but I've heard you can run a lightpipe cable from the "out" to the "in" of the ADAT interface on the back of the ADA8000. Besides that, your impendance should be fine.
