I've been using a Layla 20 for the past year with good results, but have always shut it off every day when leaving the studio. Recently I left it on for about 5 days. Now I find that after being powered up for about 15 minutes, it will suddenly emit a barrage of crackles and pops. Powering the unit off and then back on, fixes the problem, put only for the next 15 minutes or so. Sounds like it's fried, doesen't it? Any other opinions? -- thanks.

You could contact Echo about it. They're responsive to emails...

That's nice to hear. I own a Gina 24 and love the thing. Haven't had one problem yet, but nice to hear Echo is responsive to customers.
