tascam m-312

whuts up every one..

alright..i came off on a m-312 for guess.....15$. I'd tell you where but id have to kill you. anyways, im running a digital studio setup with my laptop being my brainz of it all. I know nothing about this Tascam so what i wanna know is (1) how will it effect audio quality (2) and tips on setting the mixer up with my laptop and keyboard (3) and where do i find a manual (4) also will my music sound "warmer"?
