How to Delete section on VF-80?

Hey,

I am trying to delete some sections of tracks I recorded (not entire tracks, just a few seconds. I recorded direct onto tracks 7&8 from a video tape, and then I expected to delete sections I did not want. I don't think I have to bounce this way, but perhaps that is part of the problem.

When I read the manual, it seems to be just erase all tracks 1-8 for the desired period. But afterwards, I just have those seconds of erased, blank time rather than jumping from time A to time B.

Thanks in advance for any hint.

Instead of erasing from point A to point B, you could select tracks 7&8 from point B and to the end of the song, then move that to point A.
