Creating logins in XP

I know this will be the simplest post (from a newbie standpoint) you've seen in a long time but I need a little help.

I am the only person in my household using the 2 computers. I've never had a need to have more that one "account" until now.

I run one PC as a DAW. I would like to be able to log in two different ways. One login would have the ethernet card enabled. When I want to record, I would like to login with the ethernet card disabled.

How can I do this?

Thanks.
