US-428 w/ Logic 6(midi setup, help please!)

I'm having the hardest time setting up my tascam with logic for MIDI recording.
I can use tascam perfectly for all recording aspects, and Tascam is definately getting a signal from my MIDI controller, but Logic is not receiving a signal.
I followed to instructions in Tascam (using OMS and Opcoad). This is setup correctly showing my studio setup with the different Tascam Ports etc...
I'm thinking my environment isn't set up right.
Can anyone help me, or email me, or send me a print screen of the correct way the environment should be set up?
