behringer mixer routing

hi... i've got a behringer mx802a mixer that i'm using with my computer recording setup. i have the main outs connected to my amp and would like to get a stereo signal into my soundcard breakout box. would i use the
ctrl R outs for this? i havn't had any luck with that. i could use some help with the routing if anyone cares to help

The control room outs go to your amp/monitors. The main outs go to your soundcard/recorder.
