need part for 388

hi i have a tascam 388.
i dont know what its called, but pieces broke off on the part that you stick the reel on. they are little plastic pieces that stick out on the bottom of the part that sticks up. does anyone know if i can get a replacement part and if it is difficult or hard to fix? it would be a shame to get rid of an other wise fine working machine for three little plastic pieces. also does anyone know a place that services analog machines in the philadelphia area.
