effects are gone when i transfer the sound from computer to component

Hi there! just want to know why the efx i put to my song didn't effect or transfer when i recorded it to my component coming from my computer as wave file. The sound was transfered but the effects are gone. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
