2488 Known Issues?

Hi,

I have a question about experiencing known issues. Are these documented in an FAQ somewhere? I've just bought my 2488 and:

- it has frozen/crashed at least 3 times saying "System Error 2". I can't find any reference to error codes in the manual
- Periodically it gives me an MTA error and sometimes everything locks up when this happens.

Has anyone seen these before?
