Carvin Power supply needed

I have a Carvin MX1688 pro mixer and I am in desperate need of a power supply. I contacted Carvin and they couldn't help me. If anyone has any info on this unit, or can tell me what kind of power supply I will need, please respond. The connection for the power supply looks like an XLR connector and that really screws my brain up.

The Carvin MX1688 uses an external power supply. It uses +15 -15 DCV for the mixer operational amps on the right XLR input and the left XLR power input is for the phantom power (48V) and the lamp power. I'd sent a post to the President of Carvin and tell him that you have a Carvin product and can't get service on it!

Something is rotten in Denmark and the mouth of whoever told you that "no service" was available?

I once had a problem with a major vendor and I sent a very powerful letter, [no swearing] to the President. I got a phone call from the President in two days and he took care of the problem.

Hard to believe that the maker of a product cannot service his own product.
