Nice ditty.
The clunky bass playing bugged the crap outa me though. I was drifting in my head listening to the nifty guitar swirls and then "whack"! Big dry clunky bass line comes and stepped all over it. Good recording too. So on another note.. Where can i get my hands on one of those evolving light and mundane screen savers like youve got?? I want one. |

Very pleasant!
Have to agree about the bass playing. Maybe your monitoring isn't giving a clear picture of the lows, so it's a little over done. Maybe you could use some compression to even it out, too.

Folks,
Thanks for the feedback! I think i was suffering listening fatigue where i couldn't tell anymore how the stuff was sounding, especially the bass. I'll lighten it up a bit. Xfins: "Where can i get my hands on one of those evolving light and mundane screen savers like youve got?? I want one." Did you mean the photograph? NOt sure what you're referrring to there. thx |
