Deicide Guitar Tone???

How can I capture the evil guitar tone of DEICIDE?

Its a randall solid state 100w head (not sure what model) with a marshall 4x12 cab.
Thats the sound they used on Legion.(thier best album IMO BTW)
I cant remember where the heck i read that but i know i read it a long time ago. So that Randall head in question is probably a early 90's or late 80's head.
As for once upon the cross and later stuff...
Sounds like a glorified stompbox too me.
