CE 2000 choppy scrolling on XP

Great forum here, lots of knowledge. I'm using CE 2000 on 2 computers, one with Windows 98 and one with XP. When listening to audio recordings, we do voiceovers, the window jumps while scrolling when the play bar reaches the end of the window on the XP but the good old '98 is fine. Any ideas how to stop this? Please email me at RGordon@commercialvoices.com
