Pitch Shift Plug Suggestion?

Can anyone recommend a decent pitch shift plug? I'm running Sonar 2.2 xl. I've played around with the Time/Pitch stretch that it comes with, but I was hoping there was a free or fairly cheap $$ plug that can be used as a track insert. -Thanks
