Talking MINI-DISK With Car Audio System

I have a MINI-DISK Player/Recorder that plays backing music through a 100W Car Power Amp via mixer and 4 Peasley 15" 50Watt Speakers in a Quad-Box.

It sounds great but noticed I need that special BOTTOM-END to give it Grunt.

Here's my question (if anyone can help please)....

I Want to buy a larger Wattage Car Power Amp and buy a eg: 350W Sub as well. Do you think that this will give me the BOTTOM-END Grunt that I need using a 4 ohm 350W Sub?

If you're asking why play the MINI_DISK through a Car Audio System?
Let me just say this: "There's a method to my madness"

Thanks,

Andrew.
