Which would be better to use?

I just bought a Mbox to add on to my equipment. I already have a soundcraft spirit studio 24 mixer. Which preamps would be better to use, the ones in the soundcraft or the Mbox.

If you're using any condenser mics, I'd suggest the Soundcraft.

I can't imagine USB being able to kick out ample phantom power, but I could be wrong.

Yes it is a condenser mic, i just wanted to to know which one would give me a warmwe upfront sound.
