Hypothetical...?

G'day to everyone out there. Thought i'd post my first thread by starting with a broad hypothetical question that may help me with a project i have

Suppose you have been asked to purchase and install the equipment for a small recording studio that will mainly record demos for bands. There are three rooms and a control room, each with sound proofing and minimal acoustic treatment. Power is available in all 4 rooms via General Power Outlets and basic lighting has been installed. Provisions for signal cable has been run through the walls via conduit.

BUDGET:$50,000...

Any info/ideas/suggestions will be much appreciated
