Question about a Soundcraft M Series Mixer

I am looking to purchase a Soundcraft M Series Mixer.

The 12 channel M Series has 4 Aux sends. I want to use these for 4 effects boxes.

The Aux 1 and Aux 2 are PRE FADE. Will that be a problem?

I've usually run my effects POST FADE.

Not if you turn that Aux send for that channel off when you turn that fader off. Otherwise you well reverb on something thats turned off. But it can work.

deepwater, I am sorry you lost me. I want to be able to use 4 effect boxes and control them with the Aux send pots. If the signal on Aux 1 and 2 is taken before the fader and before the 10db gain amp, will there be enough signal to drive an effects box on Aux 1 and 2?

Yes. Like I said the only problem will be matching the fader level with the reverb.
