MIDI to Aduio ?

can I convert midi to audio in Adobe Audition ?

Only by playing back the midi track while recording the output of your soundcard into another track. You may be able to do this with an appropriate setup of your soundcard's mixer, or you might have to connect its output to its input physically.

I was hoping to convert with out patching.

There are many software which "do" convert midi to WAV but only thing they do is play back midi while recording.

I insert MIDI file to track 1 (CEP) and record it to track 2 during play back.
Important: "What You Hear" is chosen on windows mixer.

You can make a loop just like OZPETER said.
Connect line out to line in with one stereo cable.
