Not sure what you're referring to as standard but my spinet measures 28" floor to top of white key.

Odd question but hope it helps.

We just moved, and my wife is getting ready for piano lessons, and I was putting the digital piano on its adjustable stand and thought, "Wow, I wonder how high this thing's supposed to be?"

The main criteria should be that the the arms should be at a 90 degree angle. As long as you're not reaching up to the keys or dorn to the keys your height should be fine.
