delta 44 outputs

can anyone help?

i,ve recently bought cubase sx 2 and a delta 44 soundcard with my friend,and neither of us can figure out how to get all four outputs on the soundcard working.recording on one pair of inputs works and playback on one pair of outputs works,but can we hell as like get the full 4 outputs at once on.has anyone got any ideas?
