alesis qs6

I have an Alesis QS6 but it does not have sequencer on board. How can I get an ASR10 to "interface" with it? (there is an on board sequencer on the asr10. Sampling is rather time consuming and diminishes the sound that i hear from the alesis.

What other ways can i get the alesis sequenced into my PC?

THANKS IN ADVANCE
GULLY

Ok Basics

This one should be easy

A
Get a midi cable hooked up from the midi out of the ASR 10 to the IN on the QS6.....OR

Hook up the midi out and in to a midi interface connected to your computer ....which would allow you to sequence your beats with waaaaaaaaaaaay better results than the ASRs sequencer...

Use something like Cubase VST 5 which is excellent for hip hop...I mean friggin excellent.

Peace
Illumination
